They look great
I've been using it for 2 months and so far the quality seems perfect.

You need to splice into wires unless you also purchase new rear facing lights with built in adapter.
Love the look and action of the lights.Hardest part of install is getting the mirror off its mount (untill you watch lots of youtube vids to finally figure which tabs to release)Make sure to look at both lights before trying to install wrong side first. (Lesson learned)There is a right and left side lights. They are not identical. Did have to splice into back facing mirror light but easy to do. Black to black... color to color. Unless you have a helper, some masking tape to hold up front of mirror housing makes install easier while wiring. Gives mirrors a fresh new look.

Very nice but.......
One light has 3 leds that are not working.... kinda sux but other than that they look great and work well. Wish I could get a new one...

Coming apart
Had to glue one back together within a month now a year later the other one is coming apartUpdate: several of the LEDs are out

Only lasted a little over a year
The right side lens fell off less than 2 months after warranty expired. The left side lens has already started separating from the base. The glue holding the pieces together is inadequate. I would have thought the case would have out lasted the LEDs. I’m not sure I can recommend these.

Not as expected
Installed the lights oh by the way no instructions come with them after searching the web for an hour to find out how to safely install them came out the next morning and one of them came apart had to glue it back together since then no other issues.

Wouldn't fit.
Lights did not fit my 2010 f150. could have made them fit but shouldn't have to rework product to have that happen.
