Bought for work to use over winter for our fleet of vans. Definitely good quality and starts the batteries with no worries. Easy and quick to charge up. Wouldn’t be without it

Doesn't come with instructions! You may think, "well what could go wrong, it's a Jump starter", but there is no explanation how to use this device on keyless entry, start button cars, no explanation of using the "override button" etc or other "boost" functionality. In the 'what's in the box' photo on the advert for this item, there's an instruction book shown. It's not an instruction book, it's a 1cm thick, very small book you that you can't read where only 3 pages are in English, the rest is multi-languages for CE, and guarantee purposes. So you have to go online and read various articles written by NOCO. My 10 year old could write better and then there's disjointed videos that are meant to demonstrate how to use it. The listed spec and functionality sounds good, but it's pretty useless if there's no explanation of how to best use this device. I have a Masters in Electronics, this should be simple to use effectively, but you can quite easily misuse this unit and cause damage. I really wanted this unit to be good in real world usage, but without a clear explanation of how to use, its a waste of money. I expect more when you spend £350+ on the unit, extra leads, charger and a NOBO fitted case, you do expect a user manual or at wordt, legible intructions online! Returned for refund. I won't be buying anything fron NOCO again.

Brilliant bit of kit. Starts our large tractors with ease.

Superb jumppack. Did not struggle with a 5.0L diesel engine. I only gave four stars because the supplied cable has USB A to C cable. I think an A to C adaptor should have been included. But this is not reflective of the unit's performance.

Hefty product got this just in case as my old trusty diesel suv plays up on freezing winter days. It’s packaged well but but could have done with a sturdy plastics carry case. Apart from the unit it self, skinny and flimsy usb c charge cable and a thinker 12v/cig lighter cable and a multi lingo safety book there is no instructions manual. One aspect that irks me is the usb c in and out ports right next to each other in the cold dark day and night one could easily mix them up. Light is nice and bright and one of the modes seems to emit and sos signal which is handy just in case of an emergency Also I got this based of project farms excellent videos Update: instructions on noco site stated around an hour or so aprrox charge time when first charged. My 100w PD charger charged it to a slid green 100% charge in 10 minutes. Not bad

Absolute beast of a jump pack. Just remember to keep it topped up to prolong its life as per manufacturer's instructions and should last years
