Profiting from Market Trends: Simple Tools and Techniques for Mastering Trend Analysis

I found Tina Logan’s second book extremely helpful. It is an excellent complement to her first book “ Getting Started in Candlestick Charting”. One can tell from reading both books that the author was very passionate about teaching/sharing her knowledge. I read some chapters of the book a few times to allow the concepts to sink in. I appreciate that the author can break down and explain the topics clearly in a conversational style just as if you were sitting next to a coach or tutor. There are a lot of charts that are clearly explained step by step in a very organized manner. I researched and found out that the author has retired. I would have loved to be a subscriber in her newsletter and to attend some of her webinars.I highly recommend this book and her first book also.

Excellent insight and information. Very detailed and broken down. It's helped a ton. I continue to review, highlight and apply the knowledge I've obtained. I see the market much better now. Still studying and continuing to learn. I've only been studying Forex for 8 months and myself and my mentor has seen tremendous improvement in the past two months since I received this book. I'd recommend this to anyone interested in learning technical analysis.

An easy-to-read and understand book for any trader. A great book to keep and refer to to keep those important trend concepts in the forefront of your mind. Many relevant examples to draw on to see the concept in action. Tina Logan emphasizes the concept of continually drawing back to look at longer-term trends as the short-intermediate trends build. It allows a trader to understand when to get into a position, when to look to exit and when to stay on the side-lines.

I read Tinas other book and found it much more helpful..I am a Day trader and swing trader.....This book was well written but no new advice to be a better trader

This is the best written book on Technical Analysis I have ever read, and I have many. It is very detailed and with examples. I highly recommend this book for any beginner as well as for a reference for advanced traders and professionals. I believe you will be very happy with the money you spent on this book.
