You can only make one litre of ice cream/sorbet/frozen yoghurt at a time but the consistency is always great, it really doesn't take long and is one of my favourite impulse purchases for the kitchen. Biggest plus is that there is no disc to freeze so no need to plan well in advance to use.

not able to use machine as the instructions are not clear. Have contacted manufacturer but got no satisfaction. no warranty with machine very very disappointed. Was contacted by another buyer who was also having problems Do not buy this machine.

ProsI've always wanted a self contained ice-cream maker (the bowl in the freezer thing is not practical for me). it makes good ice cream (use cream for soft, skimmed milk for more texture) and is handy for making fruit sorbets, iced coffee and iced mint tea.ConsIt could have incuded a couple of recipes to get people started, but with some trial and error I figured it out.You have to double check that you have the top the right way around for the motor to work or you just have a standing freezer.

This is so easy and with no pre-freezing of the bowel you can have ice cream in 30 minutes and not have to have a large bowel in the freezer at all time. The ice cream is soft scoop, which for me is perfect and just the way I like it. Very easy, pretty much mix up what you like in a blender and pour in.

This is an efficient ice cream maker, but the ice cream is a little soft. Of course you can give it a freeze in the freezer, but then watch it doesnt harden too much.Overall happy with the product.Please include a few recipes.
