Q: How often do you use it

I only use it once a week..I leave it on for about 10 minutes and rinse..I have fine damaged hair and it does help my hair..

Q: My hair is curly and frizzy now that it’s heat damaged, will this help relax it?

It definitely helped with the frizz. I don’t know how much I’d say relaxed but definitely calmer and moisturized.

Q: Dirctions say to shampoo, patt dry, put mask on and leave in hair for 5 to 10 mins with a towel on it. Instead can i just use a clip in my hair?

I left my mask on for 20 mins the 1st time and the 2nd time I left it for 60 mins. I just clipped my hair up and put a shower cap on , so I would not get wet while I did chores around the house
