It's good for kids, would recommend it for age below 16. Okay quality you get what you pay for!If adults who are beginners I say go for bigger hoop min of 36 to 38 inch and preferably weighted would be easier to start.

It's a light weight hoola hoop, recommended for kids and beginners who don't want to splurge money on an expensive one. You can fill the bars with some big grains to add weight. Don't fill it up with sand or small grains as it will spill out.
