I like this set! It feels so good to use on my skin with the included oil. I like the depuffing effect it creates while it helps move lymphatic fluid out and bringing bloodflow to my skin. Not much instruction is given, so I went to YouTube where there are plenty of videos about using cupping for lymphatic drainage. I like the included storage bag that I hang on a little hook by my sink.

This product is truly amazing! I cannot stop using it and I can't wait to see the results. Outstanding quality for the price! I would happily pay twice the price for it, because it's absolutely worth it!

It is great product. Small cup are nice for face massage. However don't overdo with it. Just couple smooth moves on one area and that more than enough. If you go for couple minutes, it might feel nice but then few min later you might see bruises on your face like I did. All good, they will go away in couple days. Bigger cups are nice for massage of back or legs I find. I did it for BF and he absolutely love it and putting oil first definitely helps. Sometimes I just put oil by itself kn my face before bad and face in the morning feels soft and moisturized.
