KayteeNyjer Wild Bird Food Seed Treat Bar, 13 Ounce

Purchased this to fill several bird feeders. Seems to be very fresh and a good quality. No mold detected in the bag . Really attracts the song birds and unfortunately the squirrels as well but I guess that's price we all have to pay.

For the most part, birds other than finches leave this seed alone. which was my hope. That said even the finches seem to prefer the wild bird seed instead of the Nyjer seed. The 3 pound bag lasts a year.

Finch birds of all kinds devour this product, used within a good finch feeder.

The last birdseed I ordered was apparently a real treat for the squirrels. I had 6 going after the birdseed. A friend told me about this so I switched seed. Now I actually have seed in my feeder for the birds. I will purchase again.

I don't know why but finches are not interested in this seed and it's a fresh bag. Bummer!

Filled with niger, should be good although we haven't had our finches yet.

The price is way too high....will not purchase at that price again.

I liked it, but the birds didn't go for it as I thought they would :(

Got this item as I could not find Nyjer seed anywhere. It was a great price and was delivered quickly. The little birds love it.
