Shipping was a nightmare
I had to order two of these backpacks. My first order got lost in the mail and never got delivered at Amazon didn’t refund me for weeks. Finally I ordered a new one before I even got my refund that came in very nice. I am happy with the backpack, but Amazon shipping has been crap lately.
