Gets the job done
Does not seem the most durable but the 10-pack is good value for the money. Have been using the same badge reel for 3 months now with no issues, however. Cable is smooth enough and the reel is light enough that it fits comfortably on scrubs.

The screws are not screwed into the backs
I have bought from this company numerous times and thought I found a reliable supplier. Unfortunately not. The last 2 packs I purchase have the screws half way in to the point where the badge hangs forward towards the ground when wearing and the swivel is so loose that it is constantly upside down. I am sitting here attempting to screw them in so that I can get the end product to my customers.I am not sure how this is missed unless it has become less of a family run business and outsourced instead for fast production. I have 2 packs in front of me and they all have the same problem.

The durability of these reels really impressed me. The strings have all stayed in tack without breaking and I have worn one for 6 months, 5 days a week with several pulls to badge in and out of doors multiple times, maybe 50-75 pulls daily and it’s still going strong. Great product and great value for your money.

Not terrible but not amazing either.
These are cheep badge reels, but they work ok. I've had to take a mini screwdriver from eyeglass kit and tighten up the screw holding the alligator clip on too the reel as they're not screwed in fully. They'll work for what I want but just not the highest quality. Hey... You get what you pay for.

Worth it.
I use these daily to get in and out of work and the clip has not yet failed. They do feel like they may fall apart for how light they feel but haven’t had a problem yet. I have 9 backups that make me feel okay if one does fail.
