Wow! I never thought I could learn to draw maps. Just tracing or drawing by looking didn't work. This author makes it easy with instructions that describe what lines look like and where to place on map. I loved it so much that I bought her books on other continents.

My student is not artistic, and has never been interested in drawing, but the first attempt has an amazingly accurate map that I would have been able to identify without knowing what the assignment was. I was very impressed by how well it worked! We ended up ordering the other editions as well. I highly recommend it!

This series of books is very well done! My kids love it and it's helped them learn how to accurately draw our world, which is a pretty amazing feat.
