What does food-based mean? Fermented synthetics?

Means, if u read the ingredients of any Vitamins, the source of the Vitamins are from actual natural food, not chemical names. Chemicals are synthetic. And mostly they have side effects. Food based means natural source. Like veges and fruits or even animals, such as cod liver. Which is healthier with no side effects.

Best from organic foods and meats. That is why he make his suppliments the best they can be.
