I bought this to replace the broken plate holder on a zx6 with a Yoshi under-seat exhaust. I tried many different configurations and eventually just had to mount it on the swing arm since it didn’t have the versatility in being able to adjust it to fit under the seat and have enough clearance allowing for suspension travel. The wires for plate light were very light gauge and not much thicker than your average headphone wires. Updating my review because the seller will bug the hell outta you if you leave an honest review that might be useful since their listing doesn’t have much information.

This fender eliminator was perfect for me. I have an odd Italian bike that there is not much for unless you want to wait a long time. I couldn’t find anything that looked like it would work. I bought this mainly on price, and knew that I could return it if it wasn’t going to work. I was pleasantly surprised with this unit. It’s well made for the price; I wasn’t really expecting much. It was mostly assembled, but loose. I installed the LED plate light, and proceeded to fit it to my bike. The spacing on the mount was perfect for two of the holes left from fender removal. It went on using the factory screws that held on the fender. The adjustment is good to get the angle right, and it fit well. My only suggestion would be to tighten the screws, then back one out at a time, and use some blue thread locker before final assembly. Do not crank down on the screws, the unit is just aluminum, and the screws are stainless. All in all, I think this is a good value for the price. It’s fairly inexpensive, and looks good too.
