Is this recommended for the food industry to check viscosity of thick liquids (like salad dressings)?

As someone who purchased one of these, this has to be one of the poorest documented pieces of lab equipment I have ever seen. It will work if you spend a day trying to understand it. Even the parts are not labeled.

Has anyone feedback on the durability and accuracy of unit for use in small detergent manufacturing lab?

This has to be the worst documented piece of equipment I have ever seen. It is actually made by a Chinese toy manufacturer. Accuracy.. hmm you can make it work if you buy several standard viscosity fluids to set up a curve, but I wold buy something else if you can find something.

Can we test fuel injection systems calibration fluid ?

I think it is possible, if you will measure viscosity
