First off, the blinds have a nice, crisp, quality look and feel about them (I can’t speak to longevity yet).The package arrived early, and unfortunately had some external damage. Damage to the blinds itself was very minor, but it was missing one small plastic end cap.I contacted customer service through Amazon chat and explained (with pictures). That all I needed was the end caps. TO my pleasant surprise, they replied within 12 hours and expedited a replacement(!) I couldn’t be more pleased.

Just moved into a house mostly outfitted with levolor version… I have to say, these were here in a few days, we had all three installed in under 30 minutes and cannot beat the price! Will purchase again for other rooms!

These were easy to install and they are truly blackout. They even help with a little insulation from the heat as these windows get direct sunlight all day.My only complaint is that the track is white. I ordered the beige and it looked odd with the white track. I ended up having to spray paint the track to match the blind.

Very nice shades! Have your patience ready to install them into the brackets.

We just moved from a home that had Levolor blinds. While these aren’t quite the same quality, I love them for the price. They were super easy to install, and they function as they should.The white blackout shade does have a grey hue to them, but it was kind of to be expected with the blackout liner.I should also mention, their customer service was fantastic!!!!

The shades I opened of the two was good quality and was easily actuated and stayed at the desired length.The shade portion is exactly 27" but be aware the end caps on the top and bottom rails make them 27 3/8" wide. If you have tight tolerances at the mounting points you will want to find a different vendor that sells 26 1/2" ones. Returning as they are larger than will fit for the mounting point.

The shade is very nice but hanging them is so hard. The first one we bot said it was no tools required. It came w a stick tape that we didn’t trust to hold all that weight. RE ordered the same one but w hanging pieces. We can’t figure it out n too hard for my 75 yr old husband.
