Good product. Same quality as purchased in stores. Great value. I love the smell and consistency of this shampoo (it's thick enough that it doesn't run through your fingers or off of your head before you get it lathered). I especially like the company and the fact that there are no parabens or phthalates, and it's cruelty free. It is more moisturizing, and therefore heavier, than most voluming shampoos I've used. It leaves my hair feeling clean and conditioned.

After trying a few other comparably priced shampoos on the market, I am immediately able to feel and see the difference that using Giovanni in my hair truly makes. Their conditioner is also the best at getting any small tangles. The volumizing line makes my hair so fluffy, and the scent smells so pleasant. I am very sensetive to strong artifcal chemical odors (I will almost always get a severe headache), so I really appreciate Giovanni's natural ingredients. They also remain cruelty free, which is why I ever stumbled upon them in the first place. I absolutely recommend trying this brand if these things are what you are looking for!

I bought this product in the store on a whim because it was on sale and honestly it's been a game changer for me. I have a natural curl to my hair that usually ends up being frizzy and unruly if it's left to its own devices and because of this I've had to flat iron my hair for years. But once I started using this shampoo / conditioner, I noticed a significant change. If I let my hair air dry, the natural curl in my hair comes out more curled and more defined / less frizzy. It really surprised me. So, needless to say... this shampoo is now a staple in my bathroom and I will use it for many years to come!

Smells amazing without overwhelming you. Lathers well for a shampoo that does not have sulfates in it, a plus in my book. Leaves hair soft and full.

My absolute favorite shampoo after years of trying different options for my fine wavy/curly hair. My hair hates protein so a ton of other shampoos are out, but this one is lovely. Seriously, expensive options (e.g. Devacurl) ruined my hair due to the protein levels and this has been SO much better. I’ve used it for ~2 years now with great results. Highly recommended for fine hair!

The product itself receives ​⭐​⭐​⭐​⭐​⭐ I've ordered this product many times, the last couple of times from Amazon, and I positively LOVE the smell and results from both the shampoo and the conditioner! What I didn't love with this last shipment of the shampoo is that they tossed it in a box not only without taping down the pump to secure it and keep it from opening, but the pump was all the way open and the tube was filled with shampoo. I know this because I had it delivered to an Amazon Locker to which I walked a 6.13-mile round trip for my workout. So when I got there and discovered this I had to spend the next 15 minutes clearing the pump of product, then getting it all situated and the mess all cleaned up so I could transport the bottle home in my backpack without fear of it spilling all over everything. This experience has me truly perplexed, as one would think that high on the list of Amazon's warehouse personnel training would be how to properly pack liquids to prevent spillage/leakage. This has happened before, except at the hands of an independent Seller, so I was stunned that this occurred on Amazon's watch. I easily lost a half a dozen shampoos worth of product due to this negligence, but it's not even worth returning the product. So, am just chalking it up to common sense really not being so common.

On my very fine long hair this product is Wonderful!!! Cannot tolerate conditioners as they ALL weigh my hair down but this shampoo adds light conditioning that helps w static flyaways!Love the smell too! Light & fresh!!!
