This product worked better than regular glutamine. When you're sore from Working out This cuts your recovery time down so you can build muscle faster. It would also help to take this as a pre-workout.

Two packages sent open
I really have liked using EFX products as they are normally high quality. That being said, my experience with Glutazorb has not been great. The first one came open and smelling like heavy ammonia, and then the second one came with it's seal broken and smelling lightly of ammonia. I have used many Glutamine supplements & none have ever reeked of ammonia like this. While I do EFX, it seems that quality control is lacking somewhere. As a result of this experience, I do not recommend Glutazorb.
