Fantastic little rice cooker
I had been wanting a rice cooker, as something always messes up when I cook it on the stove. I also wanted something a bit more fancier than a basic rice cooker, but also something small, as I only cook for myself and have limited counter space. After browsing, I decided on this one, because it was on sale, and I found the design really cute.I love this rice cooker. The size is perfect, and doesn’t take up too much counter space. The directions are easy to follow and it cooks the rice perfectly every time (I’ve been using jasmine rice). The rice is so fluffy and moist, and doesn’t stick to the pot, so you can get all the rice. Cleaning is also super easy thanks to the nonstick pot.I haven’t had a chance yet to see how it cooks quinoa, brown rice, or oatmeal yet, as I’ve got an 11 pound bag of jasmine rice to get through, but I will certainly update my review when I get the chance. But all in all, I’m very happy with this rice cooker, and would definitely recommend.

Really nice easy to clean small rice/barley/bean etc cooker
This is great for rice etc. Rice/ barley cook easily and just right.Easy to clean. It never overheats or boils over like some other brands can.Depending on the ratio of water you can cook about 1 1/2 cups rice at 2 : 1 water to rice , or more rice if you use a lower ratio. If they had a model that was twice as large it would be fantastic.

Love it!
Love it! Just what we were looking for - no teflon, and small so it doesn’t take much counter space and easy to put away. We can cook enough rice for our family of five in it for a meal. So functional and so cute too!

Small but effective!
I recently had to get rid of my old $20 basic rice cooking pot. I had it for years, and decided when it died to at least double my budget on a new one.this one fit the bill perfectly. Its small, clean aesthetic, and easy to use.Its just me and my girlfriend using it, we dont ever fill it all the way and it makes enough rice for the two of us and sometimes leftovers too.Lovely rice cooker. easy buttons for white rice, brown rice, Quinoa, and steel cut oat? Ive only ever used the rice function but it is flawless, makes good proper rice, and keeps it warm as long as you need to before serving. Its very easy to clean, the little pot is non-stick ceramic and removes easily for cleaning. The lid that actually covers the rice pops out of the frame for easy cleaning as well.Overall well worth the price, not really super expensive, but feels way nicer (and functions way nicer) than the crappy basic $20 pots.If you are like me, you only felt you needed the basics, and dont want a $100+ rice cooker, this is a nice happy medium for 2-4ish people. Compact, effective, not super expensive, and makes up to 4 cups of rice (which we maybe make 1 cup per person on average)You wont regret the purchase.

Love it - but the durability is questionable and customer service is horrid
I love this rice cooker - it is the perfect size and easy to use; but it has not lasted. I bought it in January - so just about three months ago. I am very careful in my use and cleaning. I only use the plastic "spoon" they provide. I use a dishcloth, and then put it in the dishwasher. But, even with my careful approach, the inside is already chipping and the non-stick is compromised. There doesn't seem to be any way to order a replacement container. So I am disappointed, to say the least. I really dislike the concept of needing to buy a whole new cooker, just because the container has started to chip.*Added after working with customer service* I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase a replacement inner container. Instead of answering that question they made me go through the warranty claim process and submit photos. NOTE: I was NOT submitting a warranty claim. I was just trying to find out if I could BUY a replacement container. As I told the agent - I have never worked so hard to try and spend my money on someone's product. Instead I was told the chipping was "normal" and because of the fact it was a ceramic coating, there was no risk to me or potential heath hazard because as they said:"Chipping up to 1 to 2 mm is a perfectly normal occurrence because Ceramic coatings are very hard – i.e. in the same way as Porcelain Ceramics are hard but not very flexible. Secondly, unlike with PTFE coatings, Thermolon does not require any chemical adhesive primer to stick to the pan. Thermolon’s adhesion relies solely on roughening the pan’s surface before the coating is applied, which creates a natural lock and key adhesion.Any imperfections, such as chipping, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings and not having to rely on chemicals for adhesion. As the product remains perfectly safe for use if it chips, it does not require a replacement. In fact, the hardness of the coating is one of its strengths because it will be less prone to scratching during daily use.The great thing is that our products do not contain any PTFE or other PFAS, and they are free of Lead and Cadmium."I pointed out I was in manufacturing myself and I knew spin when I saw it, and once again asked if I could purchase a replacement container. Only after asking the same question in three emails did the company finally say, no they did not sell replacement parts. If the company can't answer a straightforward question or stand behind their products by offering replacement parts, then don't waste your money with that Company. I wish I had know all this before I bought the product. So, I am writing a long review to help others make a truly informed decision.

I love this rice cooker
It’s cute, easy to clean, a good price, efficient, and has a ceramic coating on the inner bowl instead of nonstick. Makes coconut rice and regular rice like a dream. Treat this cooker well and you’ll have it for decades fr.

Perfect for one or two in the household
I love several features of this pot. 1. I can leave it on the counter and it adds to the decor (I purchased a yellow one). 2. Making rice, steel cut oats, is a breeze …I do not have to monitor the food while cooking. 3. Quality materials in the pot itself and items it comes with make this easy for me to use. 4. Did I mention easy clean-up? I use my dishwasher for the insert and wipe down the free standing unit. I use this a lot. I also like the keep warm feature - it kind of acts as a rice “fluffer” and the steel cut oats can sit for a bit and soften more.
