In general happy with purchase. The hole in the middle was not large enough, but I simply filed it a smidgen. The only thing I didn't like was they shipped it in a envelope with no cardboard or protection whatsoever, so it was all bent up. But that's a ship mishap not a product issue. All & all I would buy again.

Good and nicely fitted
Good and nicely fitted in my old fashion house. I searched this size filters many places but no one have this. Finally Amazon saved my home! This is perfect fit and affordable. Love it.

It arrived creased and bent from being stuffed in an envelope mailer
It shouldve had a thin piece of cardboard to keep the filter flat and not all bent and mangled

Does anyone order these anymore?
We have yet to renovate the kitchen fully so we did a half renovation by painting cabinets and such. Amazon was the only place I could find this filter for the old vent we have yet to replace. The old one had NEVER been replaced by the owner of the house and so it was SUPER black. This is much needed and I am thankful to have found it.

Perfect to fit for 1950's Kitchen fans.
Been looking for this for quite some time. The house is old and has a kitchen fan in the ceiling. Fit perfectly but be sure to measure to the edge of the hole cut into your ceiling.

The edging fell off. Wasn't crimped on properly.

Shipped without a stiff protection cardboard - damaged in shipping.
I spent over an hour trying to fix this filter screen up after receiving it, shipped in a thing plastic bag! The center filter material had pulled out of the pressed rim - and trying to coerce that back in and crimp it back together was a challenge! Got it close enough but it's not 100%. Not recommended.
