Easy to set upa and use for laminating.Why though is a 2 round pin plug attached - correct voltage 220 - 240V - but as it is destined for UK market -the box has everything written in English - I would have expected a UK 3 square pin plug.I have used a shaver adaptor to connect to the round 2 pins - seems to work.There is no information about the mains plug connection in the handbook.Would have been 5 star if correct plug was attached.

Purchased this item with the anticipation of receiving something a little better considering I paid a little extra for aesthetics, brand and qualitySadly I was hugely dissapointed with this purchase. ruined several pieces of my work, kept crinkling plastic sheet and over heating. Dreadful item. Do not buy, save money and buy cheaper options out there as far superior. I could not get a refund as only used after the 30 days so ended up going and buying another cheaper design just to get the same job done. A complate waste of my time and money.

Why you would sell an electrical product to the UK market supplied with a 2 pin plug is beyond me.

Quite a speedy laminator, fast them I expected but it jammed on the 3rd thing I laminated 😔Screws to open it up are hidden under the foot pads, but once found and opened, could pull the jam out easily and put back together.

The first laminated document came out scrumpled. 2 and 3 were perfect, but 4 looked like the first. Then the fifth one simply disappeared inside the laminator, never to be seen again. I went for HP because I have one of their printers and considered it a reliable make.
