I like these as packing cubes. They helped to keep my things organized and together. It was easier to pull out the individual cubes and move them around on our trip. The compression piece I'm not quite sold on. The sides compress down and the middle stays higher so they go from being nice cubes to being thin on the sides and thick in the middle. It was okay, but I would have rathered the whole thing compressed to the same thickness. It may just be that I need to get used to using them. They held up well. I expected that I'd have some burst zippers by the time I hit Europe and I didn't.

These do NOT create any kind of compression packing. Unlike the vacuum-type packing bags which enable removing air to make more stuff fit in less space, these are simply zippered storage pouches. The instructions made me laugh: unzip the compression zipper, fill bag, compress with zipper. For best results only fill 60%. Well yeah…all you’re doing is zipping it down to be a smaller bag.As a convenient way to separate clothes and stuff for packing, they’re really nice. I use them frequently and am so far completely pleased with how they have held up. Zippers function smoothly, no issues so far with any tears or loose threads, and they look good, too. But if you think you’re magically gaining space by using a zipper then you need to learn how to pack. These bags do nothing that you can’t do yourself and better by folding your clothes neatly.

These compression packs make packing for a long European vacation a breeze. They really do help you pack much more on your suitcase vs traditional rolling for folding clothes. The packs compress everything compactly leaving room for more items to be placed around each pack.

I have used these cubes on 3 trips, and they have held up so well. They really work. My clothes are only slightly wrinkled, not major, just hang up the clothes for a bit. They really do save space. I love them. The color is cute, too.

I bought two sets, one gray and one pink. They are awesome in helping to organize. They are not see through so you have to unzip them to see what’s inside. That being said they unzip easily and open all the way and the top lays flat. They hold a ton of items.
