I know this is a liver cleanse, and although it is a liver cleanse and not a colon cleanse it has made me more regular in a comfortable way. I think by cleansing my liver it is helping my overall metabolism or something or helping me process toxins better.The pills are big. I hate big pills, but these don't bother me, they dont make my stomach hurt and they dont leave horrible aftertaste. They are very "clean" pills. You will know what I mean if you take them.I do plan to do the 7 day colon cleanse of the same brand after I am completely finished with this bottle in a few days. Even though this has made me more regular, I already bought the colon cleanse to try when this is done. I'm glad I am doing them at different times so I could notice the difference with the liver cleanse.Hope this helps!

I've tried more than my fair share of supplements over the years, and this has to be one of the few that I have seen a direct positive result from.About a week after taking this supplement I noticed that I could have more than one glass of alcohol with dinner or at an event and not feel lousy the next day. I could have a few drinks up until my mid-30s without having horrible hangovers. But over the last few years even one drink will cause me to have a headache and feel lethargic the next day. Now after 6 weeks of taking the supplement, I seem to be able to handle my liquor as well as I could in my twenties and thirties. Not that this is exactly my goal, but it's nice to know I can enjoy a few drinks at an event and Uber home and function the next day.I'm drawing a unverified conclusion that my increased alcohol tolerance is a sign of other positive impacts of this supplement on my liver functioning.Another thing I've noticed since taking this supplement: I have an issue that prevents me from properly handling cow's milk protein (casien). But I've noticed less negative impacts when I do happen to have a slice of pizza or something else that would typically cause some ill effects. This really makes no sense, but I can't deny changed and the only thing I changed in my diet is this supplement.For the reasons outlined above I would recommend this supplement to anyone who is looking to support their liver function. I don't know if I'll continue to take this for long term because I don't think you have to, but it is certainly something I will revisit after I am through this bottle.
