Flat out illegal in the UK. Don't buy this.
This is being sold as "self defence" which clearly means it is intended as a weapon and not a tool. In addition it's a "stealth knife" which is also specifically defined as a weapon.It can't be a penknife as the blade slides rather than folds and appears to lock in place.Shame on Amazon for selling this.
