One a day keeps your iron levels in check!
I take these every day to keep my iron levels on point. I am a frequent blood donor and have lab work often so this is a necessity. And according to my lab work, this keeps my iron levels in check. Amazing value and easy to swallow daily pills.

Really Good Iron Supplement!
Great high dosage iron supplement. Was a little bit pricey compared to what I normally get, but I liked the high quantity in the bottle. Would be wise to get some stool softener too if you’ll be taking this regularly! But always consult your health care provider!

Seems to be working!
Seems to be doing its job. I take them in the morning or at night but I prefer nighttime as I have gotten a tad queasy in the morning, however, I’m an intermittent foster so that could have to do with it. Hasn’t caused any constipation. I also take two every other day - my doctor says studies show it absorbs better this way, but that could also be causing the occasional morning queasiness.

Amazing value!
Can’t beat the value of 400 iron pills! They’re small and easy to swallow, pretty flavorless. As a female vegan, I take one a day to help keep my body balanced. Haven’t had any issues being short on iron at the dr in years!

Iron supplement, supplements iron intake...
It is a supplement... iron in pills... not much to say, iron supplement in pills... has not regrown my hair or fixed my aging sight - but iron in pills it is. I take it especially since I eat very little red meat, to what I used to.

Got my iron up for blood donation
It works. At 53 I got deferred for blood donation for the first time after giving every 8ish weeks for 3 decades. I started out taking a whole pill every day, and was able to donate in a week. I steadily cut it back to 1/4 pill every other day and was still good to go. Now I take a quarter pill "once in a while" and haven't been deferred since. Get yourself a pill cutter. They're cheap & handy
