GUNSON77128 Hog Ring Pliers, Blue

I have received these today and have put 2 hog rings on to a car seat and the blue grip has come off, the rubber on the handles is so thin.When delivered they arrived with the chrome coming off but I was going to leave that as it didn’t bother me but the rubber handles are important as you need good grip to use the pliers to put hog rings on.I can’t email the seller as I can’t find any details, so here I am! I don’t want to send them back as I need them to do my job but I wouldn’t buy these.Absolute rubbish!!!!!

I bought these to replace/refit car seat covers at work and does exactly what it needs too. Would recommend to anyone

Worked ok but should have for longer ones as was working on tricky car seat.

It should say that it is only useable with very thin wire-type rings, not the normal type. It doesn't have the leverage to close a hog ring.
