Washed & conditoned hair only used a small amount say 2 hazelnut drops left in for around 2mins..well happy will be buying this product again 😊

Waste of money. Shampoo was burst and all over the packaging. Tried to contact customer service. No response. All packing was ruined. Used the product anyway and the conditioner didn't help make my haur any softer or keep the brightness

It's really nice shampoo and conditioner, makes my hair less brassy, feel soft and the smell really lasts. Don't leave it in more than the recommend time or it over tones and goes your hair goes mauve!

Maybe because we live in a hard water area but I couldn't get this to produce a decent lather!

Works wonders on keeping the brassy tones out of my daughter's bleached curls. Conditions well and has lasted longer than expected. Smells nice, tones well. Would recommend

This did a really good job of toning my silver hair. I didn't time anything, just left the shampoo on while I shaved my legs, etc., and the conditioner while I did some other scrubbing. My hair looked really great after drying. It took out some of the yellow without making it purple. My hair feels great and my scalp is not dry and itchy, a side effect of leaving some toning shampoos on.I can't comment on the scent as I really didn't notice it when shampooing and don't notice anything now.But I really like this. It is the best toning shampoo/conditioner I have tried all year.

First of all, it had a really pleasant smell even when it was still closed in the case. It did a great job toning my hair, even though (as expected) it didn’t tone the orange bits of my hair (since the opposite of orange is blue, it would have been better if I got a blue mask for those bits).The shampoo was great and the conditioner really softened my hair and left a good smell!Over all a great product, would recommend.
