Expected better quality very flimsy doesn't protect sides of phone due to the sides being very low on side of phone

It arrived today but it was damaged on arrival

The media could not be loaded.  The blue strips on the back came loose and they are very sharp. They ripped my trouser pocket and I had to pull them off

I already be refunded.My review for the answer after I complain about the refund is 5 stars.My review about the cover is 2 stars.

Looks great but does not protect screen or sides and the case is too low. Do not get if you want it be shockproof.

Ok except for the cheesy text on the outside that doesn't scratch off. Would be better without that.
