What are the dimensions of this pull buoy?

Hi there! The pull buoy's dimensions: 5 1/2" x 9 1/4" (give or take 1/8"). This particular design is MUCH better than the buoys with equal sized ends. Swim with the larger end of the buoy facing up...towards the ceiling. I hope my response is helpful to you. :)

Is this good for breaststroke?

I only use it for the crawl (free style) but I have seen other swimmers use it for the breast stroke. Definitely not good for butterfly.

place it between your legs just above the knees with the small end down. it immobilizes your legs and keeps them afloat so you can concentrate on your PULL portion of the stroke.
