This product is amazing! I’ve exclusively breastfed for 6 months and had to stop suddenly without slowly weaning due to starting a medication that wasn’t safe whilst breastfeeding. I was so engorged in a lot of pain and discomfort with constant leaking and blocked ducts. I used this cream and within hours I felt relief, I put the cream on before bed and in the morning the engorgement had gone it was like I’d just fed! Don’t know how it works or what magic it has inside but I am genuinely mind blown with how well it works, I’ve seen comments regarding amount you get in tube but you don’t need a lot and I’ve still got some left in the tube and don’t need to use anymore so definitely worth the money!

It’s a great product as really has helped with breast engorgement. However it’s disappointing when you think you are buying 50ml, receive only 30ml and of that 30ml it’s only half bottle inside, appalling for the price, but when it work it works and I’ve dealt with it..

I never review products but this cream should be in every mums kit! Deeply sad to have to give up breast feeding and suffering engorged breasts this cream stopped the pain and engorgement in half an hour and then stopped milk production within a week without expressing. No pain, no more milk, no issues. Worth every penny, only needed one tube. Mums suffering blocked glands or needing to stop you won’t regret this cream!

Bought this after weaning my toddler off breastmilk. Has a soothing, cooling effect on engorged breast. Seems to work well as milk production has slowed down. Only downfall is that the tube is half empty! Its mostly full of air with a little bit of cream. I’m sure it will finish quickly and for the price it’s ridiculous. I’m not happy with that.

It really works

This worked wonders when weaning cold turkey. I didn’t need to express once I just applied as needed every few hours. Unfortunately as the reviews say, the bottle does not last long. I ran out mid week and became so engorged whilst I waited for the new bottle to come. Definitely order 2 to be safe when weaning. After a week I didn’t need it all day. I’m on week 3 now and just ordered a third bottle to apply sometimes as some discomfort persists due to sensitive tissue, not engorgement. Brilliant product and I recommend this (& Sudafed tablets to reduce supply) for easy weaning from breastfeeding. 4 stars because of how little you get

Words will not describe how wonderful this product is and how thankful I am for it! I made 120oz in 24hrs for a year and I tried weaning for 2 weeks with no success and an incredible amount of pain. I was desperate and had tried everything to dry up including medication and nothing was touching it, still making 110oz in 24hrs. I decided to give this product a try and the first time I put it on the pain was gone within 5 minutes! Within 24hrs my supply was down to 90oz! I’ve been using this for about a week, the pain of being engorged is gone and I am pumping 16oz in 24hrs!!! I didn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel but now I finally do thanks to this product!!! Thank you so much! I will recommend this always!

Works well but to small for the money

AMAZING! Works quickly to clear clogged ducts and return milk flowing. Use in combination with your antibiotics to clear up mastitis! It’s small for the price but you don’t need much.
