Missing pieces great quality
There’s missing pieces to certain parts and it’s actually insanely upsetting. The thing pictures is a happy birthday banner that only has one y in it when there needs to be two. That’s only one of the few things missing.

Balloons would not float with helium. Back drop small and i had to fix the main cake topper with super glue. I made it all work and looked good in the end.
