Instructions were hard to understand. Overall good product.

This product arrived with damages and the predrilled holes in the wrong location so I was unable to screw the screws I was responsible for in all the way, the top of nest box was damaged also screws/pre drilled holes in wrong place, the sides of the nesting box arrived apart. This was an expensive purchase! I spent alot of money on this coop for it to come wrong and broken! Unfortunately I had to assemble it and try to make it work since my animals were becoming to large to stay indoors, I asked the seller for a partial refund so I could go buy some things to fix it better to make it more safe, they responded by saying I needed to send pictures yet the chat kept saying I couldn't send the pictures, So.. HOPEFULLY YALL CAN SEE THE PICTURES NOW! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! You all can come get this coop because it is HORRIBLE.

It was much smaller than pictured. Couldn’t figure out what one of to he pieces was for and left it off. So light weight I’m afraid wind will bill blow it away. Will build larger run around it. Very disappointed with this poor urchase!

Wanna sell more,? Lower the price or lower the shipping costs. A total of $450 makes this a poor value. For $350 one can buy a 10x20 Pen that with slight modification can house many birds safety and comfortably. If you can shave $75 off this total price, I will buy 2! LOL

I love this little coop. I housed 4 chickens in it on a 20 acre farm and I haven’t had any issues with predators getting to my chickens. It’s a bonus that it’s so cute. I find it to be extremely functional and the chickens love it too.

Good Product expensive

Very poor construction. Fell apart after 1 rain. Item came cracked I thought it would be ok. It wasn’t. Customer service was incredibly rude and very condescending. Buyer beware if I could have left no stars I would have
