Would of been easier with 2 ppl. One of the straps broke already with the hooks to connect to car

Seems pretty sturdy and has a nice quality look. I am getting ready to drive across the country so I will update this if the kayaks don't fly off. One think I liked about this set is it comes with ratchet straps and front and back cords for extra security. The foam padding is thick and soft. They are really nice. The pictures show black and red ratchet straps. Those were some I already had that match the truck. The ones that come with it are yellow.

Easy to install; mounting went well too. Just drove 5 hours with kayaks on the roof and no issues at highway speeds or in town. I really like the stern rope system for keeping them in place at the front/back, as well as the ratchet straps. Costs a little more than others but very sturdy and easy to work with.
