After 15 months of light use my NordicTrack Elite 700 model NTL79020.1 treadmill incline option stopped working, I checked the Incline Lift Elevation Motor Actuator and found the fan had some broken blades. I replaced the elevation motor, but the problem was not fixed. My next step was to replace the motor control board. I purchased the board, based on the description it should have been brand new, but it was clearly refurbished. I decided to install the board and it fixed the incline issue. I decided to keep it. The price was 25% higher than the suggested retail price. I was credited $15 plus tax for returning the old controller board within 30 days. It’s been over 30 days and the treadmill has been operating normal.
