I make gumbo annually and this actually fits inside my pot and can hang off the edge. Had been using a short one for years

I can’t use it. I don’t have a pot that deep. This ladle handle is so long. I didn’t realize how long the handle was. So I laughed and hung it over my door and called it a wreath hanger. If anyone needs this I would love to give to anyone who cooks for dozens of people.definitely needs a deep pot 10-12” deep pot. Maybe a soup kitchen.

I bought this to use with Mason jars. It fits perfectly (although tight). I wish it were 2-3 inches shorter. It is a sturdy metal polished ladle. The price is right.

Good size for canning. Handle could be a little sturdier but it is OK. If you need a large ladle I would recommend this one.

I like this ladle because it is the prefect length and size I needed for using with my 6 pound honey jars. I don't like using honey dippers.

I like that this ladle is all one piece. The fit and finish is a little utilitarian compared to most home products I have purchased, but when canning it gets the job done. I opted for the 12 oz. ladle and not the 16 oz. one because I mostly can pints, filling up all of them, then evening them all off with just a little more from the batch. This doesn't have a hanging hole, but the angled handle hooks over my utensil rod and hangs just fine without falling.

I have fresh cow milk I needed to skim the cream off of and this works great for that. It is the perfect size for what I am doing.

It's simple and it works. No complaints.
