I bought this for my daughter birthday, it arrived with no order slip or instructions. I couldn't get hold of the company by phone. To return it was very expensive due to the weight so we had to make it up and it took over 6 hours to build. Buy directly from the company if you do decide to purchase but the overall quality isn't great, the wood is very very rough and needed to be sanded a lot before it could be used.

The play house took 8 weeks to be delivered (which we knew at purchase).However , when it was delivered it came without instructions and missing the front panel .The instructions were then emailed out to us - which was helpful .However it took over 3 weeks for the missing panel to be delivered which meant the house was not ready for my daughters birthday or birthday party as planned (when you're 4 this is a BIG deal so was incredibly disappointing given that we ordered in May to be ready for a July birthday!!)Overall the product is fine but service and speed of delivery were very disappointing .
