They were very pleasant to work with. After several emails back and forth we chose a different one that they make and we are very happy with the way it looks on our building. The only thing I see they could improve on is the packaging, the top of one of the trees got bent over at about a 45 degree angle in the shipping. I was able to straighten it enough so it is not very noticeable.

Lovely sign and arrived quicker than expected. Metal thickness okay, but more bendy than expected. I straightened the tree tip, but in my haste, took off a bit of the black plating. That's on me... I should have put a cloth between the plyers to add some protection.

This was a gift.It arrived earlier than expected & my brother absolutely, positively loved his Retreat sign!It is beautifully crafted from strong and a heavier weight metal. My brother told me that the laser cut is very well done. As you can see he wasted no time putting a lighter wt white metal for contrast which really made it quite stunning.This company makes a awesome product.

I really liked this. The one caveat is that it asked to write it exactly as I wanted it. I just wanted our last lane but didn’t realize they would and “the” to it. But it’s ok it looks really nice.

Very nice sign and great quality. Love it. I bought the medium size sign ....not the largest or smallest and if you look at the photo you can get a sense of size. I almost wish I had gotten the largest sign but I do like it a lot. Have gotten a lot of compliments on it.
