battery life is good for something that you dont use heavily. Fits perfectly.

Came with 6 batteries. Uses 3 at a time. Each set only lasted about 2 minutes. Had to buy some AG9's. Now it works, nice and bright.

will not work in a 270 unless you hold the bolt shut

Bore sight
This bore sight was so easy to use. I chose the 30.06 and I put the batteries that were supplied in it placed it in my rifle and sighted it at 100 yards. Then I removed it and placed a live round in a fired the rifle. It was within 1/4 inch with 6 shots being fired. Also the price was great.
