I wonder how many people actually know what the ingredients in this supplement do. Based on the reviews on this item, most do not. It's not a "lose weight quick" pill. Weight loss is simply something that can happen from taking them. It wont happen if you eat junk though. I researched these ingredients before I even arrived here on Amazon to find my product. I had these ingredients in mind for what I wanted them to do--heal a fatty liver and aim in it's ability to burn fat while at the same time helping my gall bladder so it didn't get sludgy/stony and have issues. The amino acids (did you even know that's whats in this pill are?) are a great combination to help with weight loss and cellular repair allowing my body a shorter recovery time from exercise and less muscle loss. You're not going to just take this pill and lose weight. You must reduce your caloric intake, eat a healthy diet in lean protein, fiber, fat and veggies. And you have to exercise! Surprised? Get to it! That's the only way to lose weight with any type of long term success. That said, this product does exactly what it should. Im 41, female without health issues, I eat about 1200-1500 calories per day, exercise 4-5 times a week and am seeing results reflected on the scale. I have lost 17.6 lbs in 4 weeks. I will continue to use this product while I'm losing weight. Update: I've been taking this product along with a healthy diet, no junk and moderate exercise. All my recent lab work came back normal! Im off thyroid medicine. I'm steadily losing weight. I'm down -53 lbs in 6+ months. These keep the fat moving! If I forget to reorder and miss a week or so, my weigh loss is much less that week.

I didn’t want to write a review this early but I had to let consumers know how amazing this product is. It’s been exactly one week and I’ve lost 4lbs. I couldn’t believe it. I’m so grateful and eager to see my progress in one month. For reference I work out moderately 3x a week. Light walks and 20 minutes of yoga. It definitely suppresses the appetite but not to the point where you don’t want to eat. Worth every penny 💕

I have been taking these for about two months; started off good at first losing 5 lbs in about 2 weeks with no exercise. After about a month, I wasn't getting the same results as far as appetite control, energy, etc. I think my body got use to them. So I started orange theory fitness (OTF) after realizing that maybe I need to put in some hard work. A month later, still nothing. Everything you take depends on your body and nothing is going to work the same for you as it does for everyone else. So I won't give it a negative review. However, I will say if something is working for you stick with it and don't throw away your money trying to find better like I did. Old School Labs Vintage Burn works great for me -- especially doing OTF. It gets my body in the orange zone real quick which means it heats up my body to burn calories faster and the results are amazing!

I'm an avid believer in the MIC injections- they help tremendously. That being said, if you're like me- looking for a cheaper alternative to the weekly injections- give this a try! It worked really well for me. I'm 2 bottles in, and have lost about 10 pounds and feel amazing! You definitely want to take the full dose every day, but ease into it. They stink, and leave a weird aftertaste for a minute --but is gone once you drink something other than water. They also didn't interfere with my sleep, but did give me sustained energy throughout the day. My husband couldn't take them on an empty stomach, but I had no issue taking them without food. For the price, it's totally worth it! These will suffice until I'm back on weekly injections.

I have been taking Solgar lipotropic for a long time. This time, they were out of stock and I gave Solaray a chance. On the third day of taking it (only 3 pills a day) I started feeling nauseous and having stomach pains, especially at night. After I made sure it was not food related, I started suspecting these new pills. I stopped taking it for two days and the nausea went away. I tried taking it again and all the symptoms came back. I have Amazon Prime and despite that, they do not allow me to return the product. I do not recommend buying this real crap.
