can I leave light plugged in to charger while stored?

I belive so yes, I would use a smart charger like one from Anker with the IQ charge port but the light very likely has features to quit taking power when its charged anyways.

I melted the magnet holder on the mount. Can it be replaced or I need to buy new light?

Just remove those 2 screws and remove that melted piece so you can just super glue a magnet there

It’s very robust doesn’t need a case and the mount attached has a clip on it. It’s super awesome I bet electrician for 20 years is my favorite light now.
