Mary's Sweety Hummingbird Feeder - Easy to Clean,with 30 Feeding Ports,Best Hummingbird Feeders,for Outdoor Hanging Yard Garden Decoration, Deck, Patio (1pcs)

I want to keep this as clear and concise as possible. Caveat Emptor. 1) There are no instructions, just loose plastic pieces in a box; we figured out that the hook/hanger needs to be inserted into the clear base and then twisted to lock it into place -- but it is still crooked and hangs that way (see first photo)-- which causes other issues (see 3, below); 2) We were not sure what to do with the two rectangle pieces with holes in them...they fit in the slots, but there are multiple slots and only two pieces...we just put them into opposite side (still not sure if they were just extra pieces or integral parts -- but they seem to have no purpose); 3) The base is very shallow (see nickel for scale) and the red top is basically held on by gravity (it is VERY loose), so that every time you slightly tilt it -- like when carrying it via the crooked hanger/hook -- it spills liquid (see photo over the sink and note the tilt and loose-fitting lid that allows that to happen every time). Wind plays major havoc with this, as it is too shallow and hangs so crookedly that it self-empties; 4) The hummingbirds have avoided it entirely in favor of the old feeder, which we had moved to a tree 30 feet away. If the hummingbirds won't touch it, I am not sure why we want to keep this. In its favor, it does seem to be recyclable plastic....NOTE: I got nothing in return for my honest review :)

I ordered this feeder based on the great reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have the great experience so many others have had with it. I found it easy to fill but easier for the nectar to spill out because it was hard to pick up and hang up without spillage, hummingbirds hovered over but never fed from it,ants got into the feeder itself, the red top faded within a week. I finally gave up and put my old feeder out and had hummingbirds feeding within a few minutes. But I have to give it 2 stars because I contacted the company about my disappointment and received very quick response of a full refund.

Purchased as a gift for my father which took a long time to arrive. He has several humming bird feeders throughout his yard and one needed replacing. I had high hopes for this feeder, but the birds avoid it. The couple I have seen approach this feeder, don't appear to be able to get their beaks into the reservoir to get the nectar. Overall disappointed in this

The hummers are not fond of this feeder. If the handle was to break (plastic) the would be useless. Product came from China.

I've had it up for a couple of weeks and still no humming birds. Just waiting for them to find it.

Not satisfied at all. The pictures of this product does NOT match what I received. It appeared that all pieces were made of sturdy plastic. Nope not at all. The top is made from such a light weight piece of plastic it wouldn't hold one hummingbird let alone 6 or 7. Parts missing, should have had 6 dividers for base only got 2, hanger won't lock into place and it looks like it wouldn't hold up in any kind of wind. If you want something that will last for a few seasons this is not the one for you.

I'm sure we will like it once we get it.

I'm disappointed. Feeder looks as described initially, but very quickly the red begins to fade until it's totally gone within a couple of months. Be prepared to paint, use nail polish or hang red ribbons if you want to continue to use it.
