Ultra Pure Fish oil
My nutrition specialist has recommended these, they are not difficult to swallow and we have used them for several years. Fish oil is something you never know if it is doing anything or not as there is no major change when taking them, but I respect my friend's recommendation.

No more painful knee!
I take two daily, along with Nature Made Calcium Magnesium Zinc, also purchased through Amazon. The result is excellent, my broken knee does not hurt in a dumped and cold day. Completely satisfied with the product and will order more when closed to finish this bottle.
