Absolutely hilarious!
This story immediately and completely captivated me, drawing me in with laughter, fantastic, relatable characters and witty inner dialogue. Two nights, I stayed up reading until 1 and 2AM. Could not put this book down! The pranks, the flirting, the farm life, the ridiculously sexy, confident MMC - um, yes to all of it!While smiling my way through this book, I enjoyed the author's writing style/voice immensely, laughed-out-loud multiple times and felt deeply satisfied with the character's growth at the culmination of the story. I almost didn't want it to end. Can't wait for the next in this series!A definite must-read!CW & TW: pressure to lose weight/body image issues, 1-3 minor swear words, PG kissing/touching/flirting/innuendos, no alcohol, no violence, no religious content.

sweet and funny and I want to read it again
Loved this one. An enemies-to-lovers story packed full of fun. I love the pranks tropes, and I love that the author has so much swoony romance on the page while keeping a PG rating. Another “definitely love it” in my book.

Ah, the Love/Hate Relationship!
You certainly need to love that fine line and how fine it was to feel in the midst of Kelsey and Cade’s “it is and it’s not” a relationship dance. I was beginning to worry that Kelsey would not recognize the cruelty of Parker’s mother and how she would most likely continue to interfere with Parker’s life decisions. Love the transitions into being real and of course, the final end results.

A sweet, mostly innocent romance between Cade and Kelsey
I would say more like a 4.75. Parker is the picture child of a narcissistic, gaslighting, spoiled brat that is not addressed (I think that it be). The cattle drive had a big influence on the decisions that Kelsey makes about her future. In the end, it reads like a probable story. I liked the body, with the exception of Parker and his family, although they have an important part in the story.

Book makes you feel that you were working there, too
This author writes this book in the first person and does it such that the reader feels like hearing from the character and with such clarity that the reader can almost feel the characters emotions and the air of the dairy/ranch in this book. This reader enjoyed the book and recommends it to everyone.

It is indeed a very fine line
This story has a little bit of everything laughter, Sadness, frustration and a little bit of everything else. Which makes it very good that I enjoyed. The other has a good sense of humor you can tell it by her writing.

Converted Me to Cindy Steel
This was the first book I read by Cindy Steel. Since reading it, I have read every other book she has available on Kindle Unlimited. Cindy writes the rom-coms that I crave to curo up with on the couch after my boring nine to five job.I love a good enemies to lover trope and Cindy executes it perfectly in That Fine Line. Kelsey and Cade are the perfect pairing of teasing, flirtation, and heart warming moments. In addition to the romance, the character development in this book is wonderful. I especially love Kelsey's development throughout the book. Too often in romance do I feel like strangling the main characters as their decisions don't align with their goals, but I love that That Fine Line gives enough back story for the reader to understand Kelsey.

A must read!!!
What a fun and adorable story. I loved every second of it!!! Cade and Kelsey ‘Red’ have had a prank war going since second grade. Some hilarious, some humiliating and some infuriating, but all in the name of good fun.Four years have passed since Kelsey left for college and moved to the city. Now she’s coming home to plan her country wedding with her mama and work with her dad on the farm. And guess who else has been hired on? None other than Cade, the one person she doesn’t want around that summer. And thus begins a series of pranks that are harmless and fun, bringing Kelsey back to her country roots and helping her figure out who she is. Well, that’s a lot to put in the pranks themselves, it’s more like the one doing the pranking has a big part in her transformation. The adventures and the fun times they have with their friends in their small little country town were a blast to read. I felt so immersed in this story. And it brought back a lot of fun memories of my own childhood in a small town. This will be on my favourite books shelf for sure. I loved this book so much. And it was worth every minute of lost sleep. I can’t wait to check out more of this authors novels.Content: cleanRomance: kissing.Violence: some punching, an attempted animal attack.Language: none.

A Swoonworthy, Clean, Small-Town Romance
I discovered Cindy Steel last year when I picked up A CHRISTMAS SPARK, which I fell absolutely in love with. With the mention of a small-town setting, I was eagerly anticipating this release!Returning to her hometown of Eugene, Idaho for the summer, Kelsey is looking forward to spending time with her family on their dairy farm and ranch before officially marrying her fiancé. While Kelsey is engaged for a large portion of this story, it’s a wonderful rediscovery of the parts of herself that have been lost beneath her relationship. With a feud that spans from childhood, I adored the back-and-forth torment between Kelsey and Cade, the ranch worker who makes her blood boil. As they continue their epic prank war and flirty banter, Cade was such a small-town hero to swoon for.Considering Kelsey was initially engaged to be married, I did find the happily-ever-after progressed quickly with Cade—but I have zero complaints! Thanks to their perfect chemistry, I was in complete bliss when they finally came together. This was such an adorable, clean romance.Content Warning: Kelsey experiences body shaming and the pressure to lose weight (not from the hero), leading to extreme dieting.

I generally loathe stories that have the Heroine with someone other than the Hero...
... But that was not the case with this sweet romance. This was a story about rediscovering who you truly are, even if that means taking some wrong turns on the journey. I loved this book. The only thing I would have liked is a proper epilogue and to have had the point of view from both lead characters. It still deserved 5 stars.Cindy definitely has talent and I look forward to seeing her future books. Fingers crossed she writes Tessa and Logan's story, I most certainly felt the chemistry pop off the page.
