Not great on gym guid rods
I saw a web site that said this stuff is great on gym equipment. Maybe I did something wrong but my Blasters Silicone spray is way smoother. When I put the Super Lube Syncolon on, I let it dry for a few hrs then tried the machine. When I use my Blasters I do usually let sit over night or for a whole day before ussing. I'm giving it 3 stars incase I did something wrong.

Lives up to its name
I have a 20 year old work van with a sliding side door. For 12 years I have dealt with the wheels dragging and have used several lubricants that worked fantastic for a few days to one week. This super lube lasted for an entire month before it started to drag again. The same door had a locking mechanism that holds the door fully open and was locked in place for three years and was unable to free it up with any other product. I gave it a spray with super lube and used a steel rod to move it back-and-forth a few times and it completely freed up and has been working perfectly for a month and a half without the need for another treatment. I have tried prolong super lubricant, clear silicone, and turbine oilโฆ But super lube out performs them buy a lot. One interesting thing about super lube, it has a slightly thick consistency. It has become my go to lubricant.

Great for spray lubing keyboard switches (if you let them dry)
If you are using this for lubing your keyboard switches, BE CAREFUL. That being said if you are careful it will turn out perfectly, so donโt listen to all the keyboard enthusiasts who are butt hurt about newbies wanting to spray lube their cheap gateron switches without spending 3-5 tedious hours lubing each individual part of the switch. After lubing the switches, you MUST wait 1-3 days for them to dry before using them. The process can get messy, so clean the switches with an alcohol wipe after and leave to dry. The lubing process including taking the switches off of my hot swap pcb took about 30 minutes. However I let them dry for 1 day and it wasnโt enough, some of the switches didnโt work. So i took them out and put them in front of a fan for another 24 hours and then they all worked perfectly. I lubed my gateron reds and it made them sound super clean. This is for the people who are lazy and donโt want to lube traditionally. Just make sure to wear a protective mask and let them dry after.

Better than WD-30
So many uses! And it lubricates well. I've used Super Lube products for years with full satisfaction.

This is really a lubricant, unlike "penetrating oils" and a certain famous blue and yellow can.
If all you need to do is loosen something up, then the various penetrants are all pretty much suitable. But while those might free up a mechanism temporarily, they often dry out to next to nothing, or even leave a gummy, sticky residue that might make things worse. Super Lube 31110 is a real lightweight oil that will leave a thin but slick film behind, which has worked well for me with door locks and many other things. Using the right lubricant for the job is important, and there are things for which this isn't the best choice either (like greasing the threads on the shaft of a gear puller), but where a lightweight film of oil is needed, this is my go-to spray.

Sure its a great lube, just a little more toxic than the front of the can would lead you to believe.
Bought it for a project with my kid. Just be aware that the back of the can reads a bit different than the front.MSDS also says "food grade" as does the can front. But the back, well, that looks a bit different, eh? Therear of the can identifies it as an OSHA health hazard in the carcinogen/mutagen category, long term toxicity to aquatic life, and may be fatal if swallowed or enters airways

Works for some keyboards, really helps
Got this to mod some keyboards and do some spray lubing. I did mess up some switches which caused them to have chatter but that's on me. The lube works really well for linears, like the Gateron Yellows that I worked on with this lube. It does get really really messy and it takes such a long time to clean, but the results are realy nice.

Not for keyboards
Depends on where you buy it from. The USA/Canada version is different from international and will not work with keyboards. If you shake the can and you have an agitator inside, you have the version that works with keyboards. If it doesn't, do not use.

Replaces my 20 year old can of smelly WD40 that I had in my tool chest!
I had procrastinated in lubricating my patio sliding door for over a year now just because I hated the smell of my WD40 that I had for over two decades of which I used for anything squeaky. Finally it dawned on me to search on Amazon for a newer Silcon lube that is smell free and this was the cheapest one that I found that had an extension red tube to the nozzle that I could insert deep into the bottom of my sliding door. So I spent the last half hour cleaning the sliding door tracks and sprayed a lot of lube into the deep recess of the door wheels while sliding the door back and forth at least a dozen times. The door is now slides smoothly with no WD40 smells! Yay!! I even lubricated the screen door. The fact that it has no smells is a relief. I will be lubricating all my squeaky doors in my apartment. I recommend this brand of super lube with no smells highly!!

Amazing Lubricant
Ever try to open your car doors, only to have the weather stripping stick to the frame and making it so much harder to pull the door away from the body? Ever have your weather stripping freeze to the frame in the winter? If you answered yes to either question, then this is the solution you've been looking for. Being silicone based, this stuff is safe on rubbers. What this stuff does is rejuvenate the rubber seals to prevent them from drying out and cracking as well as providing a thin layer of lubrication between the weather stripping and the body of your car.Just liberally apply this to a cloth and wipe the cloth along the seal and saturate the weather stripping. I do recommend wearing a pair of rubber gloves as your hands will get greasy holding the cloth. Let it soak on the stripping for several minutes and then gently wipe the excess off. It's as simple as that and you won't have to worry about your doors or trunk sticking again. It also leaves no residue.
