In case you've found yourself wondering recently, "You know, I wonder if Willem Dafoe is still doing nude scenes no explicable reason," well, the movie 'Siberia' is here to let you know that after all these decades Willem Dafoe is indeed still appearing nude in movies. Getting naked for Willem Dafoe is sort of like his version of Indiana Jones for Harrison Ford. It's his signature and ain't nobody gonna stop him. God bless him.By the way, this movie is way too dark; at some points I had to turn off the lights just to see what was going on!

It’s a great movie from Abel Ferrara that only gets better with time however this is going to rub a lot of people the wrong way.

So do you go a bit off your rocker being isolated in Siberia? A random sequence of strange images and non-sequential unrelated psyche navel gazing to what end is a mystery not really worth figuring out.

The trailer will have you believe that this is a snowy thriller.. That is not the case. This is an arthouse movie through and through. Very slow, with little traditional plot, no explanation of events.. So, no handholding. If that’s not your thing, steer clear! You won’t be happy.The director is clearly working through some things and using this film as a release. Willem Dafoe is as great as ever and works as the perfect avatar, his eyes and face doing what they do best: speaking many words while he himself says nothing. The cinematography is fantastic and emphasizes the dreamlike quality of the film.. It’s really something.Will I watch it again? Maybe. I think this will age well with introspective thinkers.

This movie was not only weird but stupid. There's no story here, just strange things happening in this guy's mind I guess. It's one thing after another and none of it makes any sense. It's like we are just watching him trip on acid and is nothing but annoying and boring. I am three quarters of the way through it but don't think I'll finish. It's been a complete waste of time so far.
