Bought these to organize earrings. I wish this particular item was available in beige.

Unlike most who buy this, I did not purchase this for jewelry per se. my son and I go out and hunt with metal detectors and I purchased this to display some of the small valuable items we collect. This would include some jewelry of course. For this purpose, this item is great I only wish there was a bigger size with more compartments.The item itself is well made and very sturdy. The dividers can be removed to make bigger compartments if needed. The latch does its job and keeps it shut. I do believe that a good drop would cause it break pretty bad but so far I haven’t done that.It is lightweight and the fabric is thin and does seem to catch or snag items I place in it.I do recommend this item.

I bought A LOT of these to organize a large jewelry collection in a compact storage place. I love that the 30 grid has a bunch of places to put things, and is versatile enough for necklaces, pendants, earrings, bracelets, and rings. I also love that the glass lid allows you to see exactly what's inside which one quickly. My only complaint is the durability. While you can stack a lot of these on top of each other without issue, be careful placing other objects on top of the glass. Over time, enough weight can and will press the glass inward on the top of the box.

I got this as a display case for gemstones excavated from clay bricks. It is easy to open and close; the lid closes in line, not askew; we can fit several gems in each square; it isn't super heavy. It works great!
