Good locks
American is a good lock company much better than master or the Chinese companies you get on here

High security and quality for the price but read my review or you will be buying a second lock.
Only better pad-lock is gonna be the brand "BEST" but they mucho expensive. American makes the best bang for your buck in my opinion, HOWEVER!!!...most of their locks are too tall to fit traditional gym/school/whatever lockers sooooo, make sure you buy a lock with a shorter shackle!!! I cannot stress this enough--> 1.5" WILL NOT FIT. I suggest the 6 pin aluminum 1" shackle hight American padlock for lockers!P.S. I am a decent lock picker and I can get into 90% of the locks at my YMCA in under 15 seconds--> only BEST and American Lock give me trouble. (Honestly I have yet to pick a BEST lock but thats probably because I'm too cheap to purchase one to practice on :DAlso the majority of home locks are a Joke to pick so maybe consider that as well--> BEST(or something comprable is what I would go for for my home security.

Great lock
Practicing to pick it. My picking of these 1100's needs some work. They're not particularly easy regardless of what LPL says .😂But it's a good lock to protect your stuff, very tough and most low - med skill jackasses on the street have little chance of picking it. Get one they're great.

Works as designed. Finish was slightly damaged in shipping but it does not effect the use in any way.

I like the fact that they were safety rated and they work for lockout tagout procedures where I work I would say the only con it is product is the cost

You can't go wrong with American locks.
I use this lock at work on my locker. You can't beat the quality of these locks. I personally have never seen one of these fail to open with a key. We also use American lock for lock out tag out while working on our machines. No way anyone can pop these locks and power up the machine while we work on them while using these. All in all they are an awesome lock.

Arrived Damaged and Used
One of the keys is damaged and cannot be inserted into the lock. Maybe i can fix it but I'm worried it will damage the lock if i try to use it after "fixing," aka filing down the side of the key where it's damaged. At least it comes with 2 keys.The lock is also used, scratched, dirty, etc.
