It seems to work!
I had been taking a different brand of curcumin for a few years now but decided to try this one instead. The joint on my first finger on one hand and my thumb joint had been bothering me for a couple of weeks, both were inflamed and sore, which I assume was the start of arthritis. Taking 2 capsules a day of this product seems to have reduced the inflammation and has definitely reduced the pain and redness of the joints. Very happy. I'm sure that the product is also working to reduce inflammation in my body generally.
