Charlie the Cavalier Goes for a Walk: Charlie the Cavalier (Charlie the Cavalier Books Book 5)

We love this book. Read it to my son who is working on rhyming words and picked up all the rhymes right away. The illustrations went really well with the story and are very well drawn. My son's favorite part was the page with the foot prints. It's a great story line and it's not to long that children lose interest. It also helped my son reinforce things he's learned about parts of a book and also worked on his reading skills. Thanks Lisa and Mag another job well done!

What a cute book. The story and animations are great for those learning to read. Younger children will be able to relate the story to their own adventures in the woods.

As we set down to read about Charlie's adventures, I wondered if this book could hold a 3 year olds attention span. The illustrations were so delightful she kept asking me to go back. The story is sweet and captivating and we both enjoyed reading through each page. Thank you Lisa for bringing out so many parts of a walk that even I often miss.

My son and I love story time and have added a few Charlie the Cavalier books into our collection. He loves the colorful pictures and tells me about what he sees.
