Product works great, does what it is supposed to

Universal sockets have been around for a few years, but I only recently learned of them. This product ships in a small cardboard box with an unnecessary foam insert, but no instructions. If you're unsure of how to use them, as I was, look on YouTube for "How a Gator Grip Universal Socket Works, Strengths and Weaknesses". The video explains it all.This socket is handy when you don't have the exact sized head or an irregularly shaped item like a hook. The way it works is that the socket is filled with dozens of spring-loaded steel rods, arranged in a hexagon. The object you want to screw in presses in some of the rods and is surrounded by the others. The rods are tightly arranged and cannot move past each other, creating a grip.The caveat is that there is some wiggle to the rods, so this attachment should be used sparingly or with a hand-operated tool. If using a power tool, the torque can strip the heads of the bolt.
