It’s good but not 100%real hair

We bought this for our daughter to use on her hairdressing college course. We bought it because it said 100% human hair. But when our daughter took it to college thr tutor spotted that it is not 100% human hair. It has a significant level of human hair but also includes string/face hair which will melt if used with straighteners etc.If you need a guarantee of 100% human hair, pay a bit more and go to a specialist hair salon shop.Very disappointing. The description of this item needs changing.

Hair is very good quality

I bought it because product details said its 100 percent human hair can possible to straightener it.But it's not. When I used straightener it's shrink and damaged.I bought it tn I can use it straightener it.It's fake and high price.I want my money back.

Does not blow dry without burning does t curl, doesn't straighten, can't do anything with out it being a big tangle frizz Mess this is the worst I'm fuming doesn't even sty on the stand probably!
